To remove lipide fat to bright colors..

Submerge pinned specimens into acetone for 24 hours. After removing from acetone block specimens to be air-dryied.
To preserve color patterns and remove lipide fat was described by European workers as early as 1950 . Robert,P.A. 1959 in book Die Libellen.
